Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in SAR.
- Prices include taxes (vat inclusive)
- Payment methods accepted: Cash refund only (as we operate on a cash-on-delivery/pay-on-delivery basis).
- Orders are subject to product availability and we reserve the right to refuse any order.
Delivery and Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
- Delivery areas: We ship our products to whole over Saudi Arabia.
- Shipping costs varies with distance and will be calculated at checkout. (free delivery within _km)
- Friday are off-days and no delivery would be possible on these days.
- If your order doesn’t arrive within 7-10 business days, please reach out to our dedicated customer support team.
Return Policy
At Kanzotech Trading Company, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, we are aware that sometimes returns are necessary. You may return the items in accordance with the policies outlined below.
Return Guidelines
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be directly supplied by Kanzotech to be eligible for returns.
- Products must be unused, should be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition you received it, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Returns are accepted for products with,
‣ Manufacturing defects.
‣ Products incorrectly shipped.

Return procedure
- Log in to your account and go to “Return & Orders.”
- Select the item to return and provide a cancellation reason.
- Submit your return request.
Return process
- After receiving your return request. Our delivery executive will contact you for pickup and inspection. After inspection, refunds will be processed accordingly.
Refund Policy
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued immediately after inspection.
- Refund Method: Cash refund only (as we operate on a cash-on-delivery/pay-on-delivery basis).
- Refund Amount: Product price with VAT inclusive.

Warranty policies
Kanzotech Trading Company provides a 2-year replacement warranty for water pumps, faucets and building accessories from the date of purchase.
- The warranty for water pumps includes manufacturing defects, material defects and technical issues.
- The warranty for faucets includes manufacturing defects, material defects and, technical issues, leaks due to faulty components, corrosion or rust due to material defect.
- The warranty for building accessories includes manufacturing defects, material defects, technical issues, functional failures due to faulty components.
- To ensure warranty validity, verify that the product’s serial number matches the invoice.
- To be eligible for warranty coverage, products must be purchased from Kanzotech or an authorized dealer.
- For proper usage and safety, customers must read, understand, and follow the instructions provided in the operation manual.
Note: Warranty does not include fire, breakage or damage due to improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification, damage caused by exposure to harmful chemicals or substances, misuse such as cement dust and construction waste, scale buildup or mineral deposits, Aesthetic issues (e.g., scratches, discoloration)
Warranty Voidance
This warranty shall be void if,
- The customers open the pump or tampers with it.
- The serial number is found to be missing, altered, or assigned to multiple products.
- Any breakage, fire or damage due to improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification, damage caused by exposure to harmful chemicals or substances, misuse such as cement dust and construction waste, scale buildup or mineral deposits.
- The product is used for purposes other than its intended use.
- Any aesthetic issues (e.g., scratches, discoloration)
Warranty Claim Procedure
- Contact Kanzotech’s customer service within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of product picture, serial number, purchase bill (invoice) in WhatsApp.
- If all proofs are ok, delivery executive will contact you for pickup and will inspect the product to determine the cause of the issue.
- After verifying warranty eligibility, replacement will be processed accordingly.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes will be subjected to the jurisdiction of the courts in our city.
