Return Policy
At Kanzotech Trading Company, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, we are aware that sometimes returns are necessary. You may return the items in accordance with the policies outlined below.
Return Guidelines:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be directly supplied by Kanzotech to be eligible for returns.
- Products must be unused, should be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition you received it, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Returns are accepted for products with,
‣ Manufacturing defects.
‣ Products incorrectly shipped.
‣ Damaged products during delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items, including
- kanzotech Trading Company has the right to refuse returning any order that does not comply with its internal policies.
Return procedure:
‣ Log in to your account and go to “Return & Orders.”
‣ Select the item to return and provide a cancellation reason.
‣ Submit your return request.
- Return process: After receiving your return request. Our delivery executive will contact you for pickup and inspection. After inspection, refunds will be processed accordingly.
Refund Policy:
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued immediately after inspection.
- Refund Method: Cash refund only (as we operate on a cash-on-delivery/pay-on-delivery basis).
- Refund Amount: Product price with VAT inclusive.
